If things go wrong

Jevonbaby Breast Pump is backed by a warranty against any defects on the motor unit only for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase or the baby's date of birth, whichever is later. (Postponement of warranty commencement date should be no more than 6 months) Please note that this warranty exclusively covers motor parts and does not extend to the included accessories. Jevonbaby reserves the right to a period of investigation to establish the cause of defect. 

No registration is required for the warranty. This 12-month warranty claim can be initiated by contacting customer support at hello@jevonbaby.my, and we will provide further instructions. To be eligible for this warranty, you must have purchased the pump from our official website: jevonbaby.my, or from our authorized retailers. Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase or child birth certificate, alongside our warranty conditions.

Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Jevonbaby reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Jevonbaby Product(s) purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. Jevonbaby reserves the right to deem any warranty as invalid if we cannot verify your purchase, and/or the image/receipt has been tampered with, and/or the product provided does not match the description in the receipt and/or for suspected fraudulent acts.

The following are not covered under the warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or any other cause not related to defects in materials or manufacture.
• Forceful use/removal 
• Improper storage of the Jevonbaby Breast Pump.
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the product or components.
• Failure to comply with the operating instructions of the device or components supplied with the product.
• Normal wear and tear that results from regular use of the product.
• Overflowing of liquid (water/milk entry) into the Jevonbaby Pump motor.
• Purchasing a second-hand Jevonbaby Pump.

If you encounter any defects during the warranty period, Jevonbaby will repair or replace your wearable breast pump or its accessories, as determined by our technical team. Any replacements made will not renew or prolong the duration of the original warranty. 

Please keep in mind that this warranty is the only warranty given by Jevonbaby, and there are no other express or implied warranties except as required by law. No reseller, agent, or employee of Jevonbaby is authorized to alter this warranty.
