Getting to you

At Jevonbaby, we're committed to delivering your products swiftly and reliably. Here's a breakdown of our shipping and delivery policy that aligns with our dedication to providing exceptional service:

 

Standard Shipping

For orders above RM150, we're delighted to offer free standard local shipping within Malaysia. Should your order be below RM150, a nominal shipping fee of RM9.95 will be applied for local Malaysia shipping. Your items will reach your doorstep within 2-5 working days for West Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia, excluding weekends and national holidays. We will expertly pack and dispatch your order, and once it's on its way, our designated courier service will ensure that your orders to arrive accordingly.

We cater to every corner of Malaysia, except for a few exceptions like offshore islands and restricted zones. Extra charges might apply for certain locations. Look out for occasional free shipping promotions to sweeten the deal.

Delivery timeframe

Our local deliveries within Malaysia are scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Ensure there's someone at the address to receive your goodies. In case we miss you on the first attempt, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery, with a small additional charge. While we aim for punctuality, uncontrollable factors like weather or unforeseen courier delays might influence delivery times. During peak seasons, anticipate a slight extension in delivery time.

Tracking your order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email equipped with a tracking number. Keep tabs on your package using the tracking number provided on our website or our trusted courier service's platform. Any queries along the way? We're here to assist at hello@jevonbaby.my. If you’re not happy

At Jevonbaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at hello@jevonbaby.my , and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation

We can only accept order cancellations for orders placed within 12 hours before the product is shipped. Once we have approved the cancellation, you can get a full refund. Please note, once the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order for you. Please reach out to our customer service at hello@jevonbaby.my for assistance with the cancellation process.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns & exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Products that have been worn, used, damaged due to mishandling, deteriorated or incorrectly customized are strictly not accepted. Free items cannot be returned. 

If you believe that the product you received is defective or damaged, or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days to initiate the return and exchange or refund process. Overdue requests will not be processed. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. We do not accept returned items that have been sent without a proper return request. 

For refunds, our team will notify you once we received your returned item and then we will inspect the returned item. If the returned item passes our inspection, then the refund will be initiated. The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds should be credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank's practice.

Jevonbaby reserves the right to reject any returns, exchanges & refunds that we deem invalid. 

Please ensure items are in the same condition that you received them - unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@jevonbaby.my for further assistance.
